The Architecture Department offers 16 credits of required courses specifically for facility management students, which may be taken as electives by other architecture majors. A statistics course is required as a prerequisite for the real estate courses. Students may attend TU Rome or TU Japan, where offerings may fulfill free elective requirements. Two of the architecture courses are writing intensive. The program concludes with a capstone research seminar, in which students demonstrate competency in facility management through applied research presented in report and public presentation format.
